What this policy covers

This Privacy and Policies page explains what personal information Annkosha collects through this website and other enquiry channels, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, contact number, e-mail address, subject and message.
• Product enquiries: the product, variant and pack you tell us you are interested in.
• Calls, e-mails and WhatsApp chats you start with us, including the details you share to place or discuss an order.

We do not run customer accounts and we do not collect card or bank details on this website.

How the contact form works

When you press Send Message, the form opens your own e-mail app with the message already written and addressed to info@annkosha.com. Nothing reaches us until you send that e-mail. The details are then handled through your e-mail provider and ours.

How we use your information

We use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry and send quotations;
• confirm, prepare and deliver orders and handle damage or quality issues;
• keep records we are required to keep, and improve our products and service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only when needed: with delivery partners to complete your order, with service providers who help us run our business, or when the law requires it. We ask them to keep your information safe and use it only for that purpose.

Third-party services

The Contact page shows a Google Maps view of our location, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. These services are run by other companies and follow their own privacy policies.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website may keep a small, non-personal item in your browser (for example, a note that you have already seen the opening animation during your visit) so the site behaves smoothly.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as they are needed to serve you, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by writing to info@annkosha.com. We will act on your request as required by law.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this page from time to time. The latest version, with its “last updated” date, applies.
