Where we deliver
We deliver in Faridabad and nearby areas of Delhi-NCR. If you are outside this area, tell us your location when you enquire and we will let you know whether and how we can deliver.
Order confirmation
After you send an enquiry, our team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail to confirm availability, pack sizes, quantity, price, delivery charges (if any) and the delivery date. Delivery is arranged only after you confirm.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Water, sodas, chilli ketchup and momo chutney: usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation.
- Momos and potato nuggets: prepared fresh and delivered in the time slot we agree with you, so that they reach you in good condition.
- Delivery dates shared by our team are estimates. Traffic, weather and other events outside our control can cause delays, and we will keep you informed.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, depend on your location and order size. We tell you the amount before you confirm the order — there are no hidden charges.
When your order arrives
Please check the packs when they are delivered. If a pack looks damaged, leaking or opened, tell the delivery person and contact us the same day with photos.
Return
When we accept a return
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or has a quality issue (for example spoiled, stale, contaminated, wrong taste or a foreign object).
How to report a problem
- Fresh food (momos, nuggets): tell us on the day of delivery.
- Packaged products (water, sodas, ketchup, chutney): tell us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Call +91 92509 70426, WhatsApp us or e-mail info@annkosha.com with your order details and clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging.
What happens next
Once our team has checked your report, we will arrange a replacement or credit for the affected packs, or a refund where appropriate. We will collect the affected product if we need to inspect it. Approved refunds are made to the original mode of payment, usually within 5–7 working days.
What we cannot return
- Change of mind, or an order placed in error by the customer.
- Products that were opened, used or consumed, unless there is a quality issue.
- Damage or spoilage caused after delivery by wrong storage or handling.
- Reports made after the time limits above.
